My approach to healing is a holistic path to lasting wellness. it blends the clinical, therapeutic skills honed at Mount Royal University with the refined energetic awareness of 15 years as a Usui Reiki Master.

 

When you book a session with me, you receive care that goes beyond muscle tension. I use my intuition to listen to both your physical body and your energetic system, allowing me to create a personalized treatment that addresses the root cause of your pain, stress, or imbalance.

My practice offers two core services:

• Reiki-Infused Massage: A powerful combination of therapeutic or relaxation massage, and subtle energy work.

• Traditional Reiki Sessions: Focused energy work for pure mental, emotional, energetic balance. 

 

All sessions are conducted from my private, home-based clinic located in Aspen Woods SW.

 

Mobile appointments are available upon request only. If you require an at-home session, please contact me directly to discuss scheduling and applicable travel fees.

• Online Booking (Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays): View availability and book instantly via the 'Book Now' tab in the main navigation.

• Special Request (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays): Appointments are available by direct request between 10:00 am and 10:00 pm. These sessions cannot be booked online; please contact me directly to coordinate a suitable time.
